Offer Coupon

The Offer Coupon section in Spin Rewards for WooCommerce lets you define how coupons are generated, restricted, and applied after a user wins on the spin wheel.
These settings give you full control to create customized, rule-based coupon offers that align with your promotional strategy and customer engagement goals.

Available Options

• Coupon Generation
  • Coupon Type: Choose whether generated codes use Alphanumeric or Numeric characters.
  • Coupon Length: Set the total number of characters in each generated coupon code.
  • Coupon Prefix: Add text at the beginning of the coupon code (e.g., SAVE-).
  • Coupon Suffix: Add text at the end of the coupon code (e.g., -2025).
  • Coupon Expiry: Define how many days after generation the coupon will expire.
• Usage Restrictions
  • Allow Free Shipping: Enable to allow coupons to grant free shipping (requires a “Free Shipping” method set to require a valid coupon).
  • Email Restrictions (Pro): Restrict coupon usage to the customer’s email address.
  • Individual Use Only: Prevent combining this coupon with other coupons.
  • Exclude Sale Items: Stop the coupon from applying to products already on sale.
  • Minimum Spend: Set the minimum order total required to use the coupon.
  • Maximum Spend: Set the maximum order total allowed for coupon use.
  • Include Products: Limit the coupon to specific products.
  • Exclude Products: Prevent the coupon from being applied to specific products.
  • Include Categories: Allow the coupon to apply only to selected product categories.
  • Exclude Categories: Exclude selected categories from coupon eligibility.
• Usage Limits
  • Usage Limit per Coupon: Total number of times the coupon can be used before expiring.
  • Limit Usage to X Items: Restrict how many individual items the coupon can apply to in a single order.
  • Usage Limit per User: Limit how many times a single customer can use the coupon.

How to Configure

1. Go to WordPress Dashboard → WooCommerce → Spin Rewards → Offer Coupon.
2. Adjust coupon generation, restriction, and usage limit options as needed.
3. Click Save Changes to apply your preferences.

Your spin rewards will now generate and apply custom coupons automatically helping you drive conversions, reward customers, and encourage repeat purchases!
