Email Notification

The Notification Settings section in Spin Rewards for WooCommerce manages automated email alerts sent to both customers and store administrators.
These settings ensure that winners are promptly informed of their rewards and that you, as the store owner, stay updated on every successful spin reward event.

Available Options

• Customer Notification
  • Toggle this option to send an automated email to the customer when they win a coupon from the spin wheel.
  • The email includes details such as the coupon code, and expiry date helping customers redeem their rewards quickly.
  • Yes: Automatically send a reward email to the customer.
  • No: Disable customer email notifications.
• Admin Notification (Pro)
  • Enable this to send an email notification to the site admin whenever a customer receives a coupon from the spin rewards.
  • Useful for monitoring campaign performance and verifying coupon generation.
  • Yes: Notify the admin of each spin reward event.
  • No: Disable admin notifications.

How to Configure

1. Go to WordPress Dashboard → WooCommerce → Spin Rewards → Notification.
2. Enable or disable customer and admin notifications based on your requirements.
3. Click Save Changes to apply your preferences.

Your notification system will now automatically send emails to winners and optionally notify the admin ensuring every reward is communicated instantly and efficiently.
