General Setting

The General Settings section in Spin Rewards for WooCommerce allows you to control how the Spin Wheel behaves on your store including spin limits, time intervals, and automatic resets. These options help you create a balanced and fair spin experience for your customers.

Available Options

• Enable/Disable Spin Wheel – Toggle this option to enable or disable the Spin Wheel functionality globally across your store.
• Limit of Spins per Email – Define how many times a customer can spin the wheel using the same email address.
• Time Between 2 Spins – Specify how much time a customer must wait before spinning the wheel again.You can set the interval in seconds, minutes, hours, or days.
• Auto Reset Spins (Pro) – Automatically reset the spin count after a specific number of days.
• Setting this to 0 means the spin count will never reset automatically.
• Reset Spins at Specific Time (Pro) – Choose a specific time of day (hour, minute, second) to reset all spin limits automatically. Useful for daily promotions or recurring spin campaigns.

How to Configure

1. Navigate to WordPress Dashboard → Woocommerce → Spin Rewards → General
2. Adjust each setting according to your campaign rules.
3. Click Save Changes to apply your preferences.
